Wondering what's happening with the planned refurbishment of the Havelock North Library? While site work was due to begin in early 2017 the project has been expanded to include a much needed upgrade to the air-conditioning (HVAC) system. This means a slight delay in building work while plans are put in place for this part of the project. Read more...
