Do you need help from a Justice of the Peace? Local JPs are available in Hastings Library, Flaxmere Library, Havelock North Library and Hastings Courthouse at the following times:

Having a JP helping you is entirely free of charge. Justices are statutory appointees who receive no payment for their services to the community. If you are not sure whether a JP can help you, just ask.
All three libraries have noticeboards and display areas for community notices, posters and static displays.

These must be approved by the District Libraries Manager.
