Motif Poetry and Hastings Library are excited to present a special, one-night-only, free Pride Poetry Slam right here in the Bay!
Hosted by UK Slam Champion Sara Hirsch and featuring wordsmiths from around Hawke's Bay, this will be spoken word at its biggest and best. Come and watch poets battle it out to be crowned the winner at the friendliest slam around!

Children must be accompanied by a caregiver. We may take photographs or video recordings during events and programmes which may be used in Council promotional material.
Masks are required to be worn in the libraries, except by those who are exempt.
All offerings are subject to the Covid Protection Framework traffic light system. Numbers may be limited, and physical distancing and mask-wearing required.
