Hastings District Libraries Meeting Rooms  Ngā Rūma Huihui 

If you are looking for somewhere to hold a community meeting then you are welcome to make a booking request for the use of one of our spaces.

Library meeting rooms are available free of charge for non-commercial use only. The definition of non-commercial depends on the primary purpose for which the room is used, not on the user.

Upstairs in Hastings War Memorial Library, this is a glass-walled room equipped with blinds for privacy. A public lift is available to reach the mezzanine floor.

Location: Hastings War Memorial Library
Capacity: 12-15 people around tables, up to 20 people theatre style
Facilities: 1 whiteboard (fixed), 1 projectable wall

Location: Havelock North Library
Capacity: 12-14 people with tables, up to 20 with tables removed
Facilities: Lockable kitchenette with sink and zip, 2 rectangular tables, 9 chairs (more available), 1 projectable wall, Freestanding whiteboard
